Young athletes and Sports
During this time, our young athletes need physical activity more than ever. Not only for the physical aspect but for the mental health aspect as well. Be engaged with like others, in a socially controlled setting. Engaging and learning different sports is the best way to expand your athletes’ capabilities when they are younger. Let them try a variety of things and you will be able to tell which ones they gravitate towards. Having them continuously engage in something that they knowingly don’t enjoy could be detrimental in their growth, but make sure once they start something, that they see it through to the end, learning to deal with any healthy adversity along the way. Sports teach so many real-life attributes along the way!
